My summer is overwhelming(every day is), overjoyed(my kids are making amazing individual progress with therapy & medications), going crazy(almost every day with 3 kids 9, 4 1/2, & 3), but also trying to have the most fun we can finding as many moments we can enjoying and loving each other.

  2. Oh yes..."overwhelmed" defines my summer to a "t"! Prepping for my son to start preschool, a couple of on-the-side jobs (to help pay for son's preschool tuition!), and family obligations have made for a crazy-busy summer!

  3. My summer has had an unexpected wrench tossed into the works I have been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism which gives me a rapid heartbeat, muscle weakness, insomnia, intolerance to heat, etc. The remedy is med's and a change in lifestyle including relaxation and de-stressing...Ha! thats funny with 4 kids ages 4 to 14 at home. All of this is hard to take for a perfectionist/hyperspeed person! We have been doing fun things but always taking into consideration my special circumstances. Thank you Lord for cooler temps this week! I am learning to offer it up and bring it all to some good while always remembering that God never gives us more then we can handle.

  4. My summer is going by very quickly. It's hard to believe that school's set to begin in one month.
I have a daughter who is entering her senior year of high school, so the college search is in full swing.
We've also been doing volunteer work as a family.

  5. Our summer has been nice except for our AC breaking down! Man it's been a hot summer. Good thing we were ale to get away for a bit down to the shore. The kids (ages 8, 3 and 1) had a blast!
